Listing Tools provide an Agent the ability to maintain their listings with the Inside Editor; a feature that allows property remarks to be updated and protected from further downloads from the ML. This will ensure that the often limited and inadequate description provided for a listing, can now be personalized and corrected with the Agents own remarks for superior marketing.
Similarly, the Photo Loader allows agents to upload quality photos of their listings. Protocols can be selected giving final authorization for such changes to the Agent, the Marketing Department, or the Office Administrator, as appropriate for your business.
By providing a simple Flag and Un-Flag feature, Agents can now easily establish or remove a Virtual Tour to their Listings.

This feature provides the ease of scheduling a listing for Open House with a click of your mouse. The Open House Scheduler will display all times, dates, agents, and driving directions for the Homes listed.
The Statistics page will provide an automatic tracking of all the registered customers for a specific township or area, providing insightful information about growth or improved advertising strategies.

Reports
The Listing Activities feature has been designed to improve the relationship between the client and the Agent. Each week, a new Homeowner Activity Report can be automatically emailed to the client reporting on the many activities the agent has accomplished towards the sale of their home.
Beginning the moment a listing is downloaded from the ML, a history record is created capturing status changes as they occur. For example: pending, sold, expired, temporarily off market, withdrawn, or reactivated.
In addition to status changes, the Home Owner Activity Report also tracks the activities for the listing, including price changes, Open House held, Advertisements placed, and Appointments scheduled.
All of this information is captured by the DPN system at the original point of entry, eliminating redundancy while creating an automated feature that will keep the Client up to date on their listing, without any data entry by the Agent.
Flyers
Property flyers are an essential marketing tool. As a result, DPN offers a variety of flyers that are auto populated with the details from your ML download, complete with listing details and photos.
This tool will allow you to print flyers on demand with a click from the property detail page, and eliminate the tremendous amount of time often lost with traditional methods of cutting and pasting.
Naturally, text boxes will allow you to overwrite any of the information provided by the ML download, and photos can be selected from your computer to replace the often less desirable ones assigned to that listing.
CMA
This feature allows you to immediately produce a Comparative Market Analysis at the touch of a button.
Your CMA can be customized to include; cover letter, title page, corporate profile, agent qualifications, a sales strategy plan, and other user defined marketing materials.
